Synopsis of mountain zebra and oryx movements

Powerpoint presentation on mountain zebra and oryx movements

A 16 slide powerpoint presentation has been compiled which summarises the results of the study of nine mountain zebra and nine oryx fitted with GPS tracking devices in the central Namib, showing locations and home ranges to date (after 7 months tracking). The principal aim of fitting the GPS trackers has been to document the distributions and movements of zebra and oryx, and to understand how their ranges and movements relate to land uses, rainfall, vegetation, fences and other barriers.
